When do I need to make payment for my order?
Payment must be made on confirmation of order. The order will not be processed until payment has been made in full.
How can I pay for my order?
For orders made via the website you will be required to make payment before placing the order.
What is a bespoke/customised garment?
A customised garment is any item that has bespoke extras such as embroidery, i.e., a college badge, embroidered initials, or printed sponsorships, logos and numbers requested.
How long will it take to complete my bespoke/customised garment?
We aim to complete orders with bespoke garments within 20 working days. However, during busy periods, it may take longer. Please note that 20 working days is an estimation, not a guarantee.
How long will delivery take?
For non-customised orders, it will usually take 3-5 working days from when you place your order for the items to be delivered if they are in stock. For any orders that have customisations added, delivery times will commence once all customisations have been completed and the order has been processed.
