Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant: -

Pro-Am Sports is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work with the admin team within a fast-growing company. 

As the accounts assistant, you will be required to work within our administration team.  The day-to-day activities will include, processing supplier invoices, managing and reconciling the bank accounts and managing internal costings.  The role will also require the individual to communicate with suppliers and chasing outstanding debt.

The role is a part-time role based on 16hrs a week, with flexible working hours available and days to suit and could be ideal for individuals doing the school run.    

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling bank accounts.
  • Processing all supplier invoices.
  • Processing all company expenses.
  • Chasing outstanding debt

Essential Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communicator 
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer Literate
  • Can do attitude
  • An ability to work independently and as a team

The Individual

The individual will need to learn quickly on the job and have the ability to work on specific tasks individually and expand and develop their knowledge base and skill set.  The individual will ideally have experience of working in a similar role.  A good general knowledge of Window is essential and experience with sage would be beneficial, but not essential.  Have the ability to work individually and as part of a team, be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
